15-707. Unlawful to display red light on the front of a motor vehicle.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle on a public roadway within the city while such vehicle is equipped with any light that emits a red glow or beam toward the front portion of said motor vehicle unless such a light is a flashing light that is part of an authorized vehicle's emergency equipment.
