SECTION 6.08. Effective Date of Bond Ordinance.
   Be it further enacted, That each bond ordinance under this Act shall take effect on the twenty-first day after publication of notice of passage thereof as required in this article, unless an election is required in which case it shall take effect immediately upon certification of a favorable vote thereon. [As replaced by Priv. Acts 1963, ch. 74, § 6]
