15-401. U-turns.
   It shall be unlawful for a person to turn a motor vehicle that is moving in a forward direction on a public roadway in such a manner that causes it to travel in the opposite direction on the same roadway without first leaving said roadway and entering some driveway, parking area or other roadway.
