SECTION 6.04. Sinking Funds.
   Be it further enacted, That existing sinking funds and any sinking fund required by a general law under which bonds are issued shall be maintained and managed as provided by general laws.
   The city may establish only such sinking funds as may be required by general laws under which such sinking fund bonds are issued.
