15-106. Exhibition driving.
   No person shall operate a motor vehicle within the limits of the city in such a manner that creates or causes unnecessary engine noise, tire squeal, skid or slide upon acceleration or deceleration, that simulates a temporary race or that causes a vehicle to turn abruptly or sway.
