14-402. Permit required.
   No house trailer and/or mobile home shall be occupied or stored within the corporate limits of the City of Cookeville, Tennessee, unless the owner or occupant thereof shall first apply for a permit from the city building inspector and the owner or the occupant thereof after April 17, 1966, shall have thirty (30) days to apply for said permit.
