12-307. Electrical work to be subject to inspection.
   From the time that any electrical work is commenced until such time as it has been given final approval by the wiring inspector, it shall be subject to inspection by the wiring inspector, by any one or more persons designated by the city manager, by any official or employee of the fire department, or by any official or employee of the electrical department.
