12-112. Completion of construction required.
   The failure to complete construction of any structure to the point where a certificate of occupancy can not be issued prior to the expiration of a building permit shall be considered a violation of this code and subject to the penalties specified in § 12-113
(as added by Ord. #005-11-22, Nov. 2005)
