It shall be unlawful for any person, including those authorized to be watchers or observers, to hand out or distribute cards, pamphlets, pictures, or literature within one hundred and fifty (150) feet of any ballot box or voting machine during the time the polls are lawfully open on the day of any election or primary held in the city. It shall also be unlawful for any person to do any other act whatsoever within said limits and during said time for the purpose of attempting to influence the vote of any voter.
