SECTION 2.12. Induction of Council into Office; Meetings of Council.
   The first meeting of each newly elected council, for induction into office, shall be held at the next regularly scheduled meeting following its election, after which the council shall meet regularly at such times as may be prescribed by its rules, but not less frequently than once each month. All meetings of the council shall be open to the public. [As replaced by Priv. Acts 2007, ch. 45, § 6]
