11-102. Penalty for misdemeanor.

Every person who is convicted of a misdemeanor, the punishment for which is not otherwise prescribed by ordinance, shall be punished by fine not exceeding the lawful amount permitted under provisions of Tennessee Code Annotated, § 6-54-308.
