9-1007. Penalties for failure to comply.
   It is a civil offense to fail to comply with the foregoing regulations. Any violation of these sections is punishable by civil penalty of up to $50.00. Each day a violation continues under § 9-1002 above shall constitute a separate offense
(as added by Ord. #003-05-10, June 2003)
