9-609. Revocation of licenses.
   Any license issued hereunder may be revoked by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Cookeville, Tennessee, for the following reasons:
   (1)   False information submitted in the application for license, or as a part thereof.
   (2)   Conviction of licensee of a felony either within or without the State of Tennessee.
