9-501. Hours of operation regulated.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to open, maintain, conduct, or operate any place where pool tables or billiard tables are kept for public use or hire at any time between the hours of 12:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. week days, and anytime between the hours of 12 P.M. and 12 A.M. on Sunday.
