A nonrefundable fee of twenty-five dollars ($25) shall be charged for each original or replacement driver's permit that is issued. The applicant will also be responsible for any other fees that are associated with the application or background investigation process. All permits are required to be in possession of the driver while operating a taxi in the City of Cookeville. The fee for a driver’s permit will not be prorated.
