9-410. Fee to be charged for background investigation.
   Prior to the issuance of a permit to operate a taxi, the applicant shall pay to the Cookeville Police Department a nonrefundable applicable fee to cover the cost of the background investigation. The fees shall not exceed the fee levied by the Tennessee Applicant Processing Services (TAPS). (Ord. #011-03-03, April 2011)
