SECTION 1.01. Amendment of Charter.
   Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, That the Charter of Cookeville, Tennessee, being Chapter 542, Acts of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee of 1903, and all acts amendatory thereto, be and are hereby amended to read as provided in this Act, and thus amended to read shall constitute the complete Charter.
