9-210. Enforcement and penalties.
   (1)   It shall be the duty of all policemen and/or codes officers to see that the provisions of this chapter and/or any other city ordinance that pertains are enforced.
   (2)   Any person violating the provisions of this chapter and/or any other city ordinance shall be punished by a fine of no more than fifty dollars ($50.00).
