7-515. Exceptions.
   Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit the use of fireworks by railroads or other transportation agencies for signal purposes or illumination, the sale or use of blank cartridges for a show or theater, the use of fireworks for military operations, or for public displays of fireworks meeting the requirements of the fire prevention code
