The Cookeville Codes Department shall not issue a permit for the sale of fireworks unless the applicant has first provided a current certificate of insurance with a minimum of $2,000,000 in product liability and $1,000,000 in general liability with the City of Cookeville being named as an additional insured on the general liability insurance policy
