The Cookeville Codes Department shall issue no permit for the sale of fireworks unless the applicant has first obtained a Tennessee Business License from the Cookeville City Clerk for each site at which fireworks will be sold and obtained approval of the zoning requirements from the Departments of Planning and Codes of the City of Cookeville. Temporary sales vendor's permit, bonds, and fees shall not apply for the sale of fireworks
