§ 90.05  TRUCK TRAFFIC.
   All tractor trailer trucks are prohibited from traveling on any street of this town, which is not a part of the state highway system and which is not maintained by the State Highway Commission, unless the truck traffic is for the purpose of delivering merchandise to someone in the corporate limits of the town.
