(A) No person or persons shall at any time play at marbles, or any other game on the sidewalk of the town, nor pitch or throw balls, rocks and the like, or shoot from sling shots or air guns or missiles of any kind in any street, land or public lot of the town under a penalty of $1 for each and every like offense.
(B) If the person or persons so offending be a minor or minors, the penalty shall be recovered from the parent or guardian of the minor or minors.
