(A) No person shall park any vehicle or permit it to stand in any of the following locations:
(1) In front of a private driveway;
(2) Within 15 feet in either direction of a fire hydrant or the entrance to the fire or rescue station;
(3) Within 15 feet of the intersection of curb lines, or if none, within 15 feet of property lines at an intersection of streets;
(4) Within an intersection or on a marked crosswalk;
(5) On a sidewalk;
(6) On any portion of a roadway intended to carry traffic at the time the vehicle is parked or left standing;
(7) On the roadway side of any vehicle stopped, standing or parked at the edge of a curb or street; or
(8) In any parking space clearly marked as reserved for the handicapped, whether on public or private property, unless the driver of the vehicle is handicapped.
(B) No traffic-control devices shall be required for the enforcement of this section.
