(A) (1) Traffic and parking regulations shall be established by ordinance.
(2) When a new traffic or parking ordinance is adopted, the Chief of Police shall make certain that the appropriate sign, traffic-control or signal or other markings are made to give the public notice of the regulation.
(B) A list of all town traffic and parking regulations shall be maintained in the office of the Town Clerk.
