§ 34.03  PERSONAL INTEREST.
   It shall be unlawful for any officer or employee of the town, directly or indirectly, to become a contractor for work done for the town, or to become directly personally interested in or receive profits from any purchase of supplies for any department of the town; and any person so offending shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and removed from office.
