§ 33.02  TOWN CLERK.
   The Town Clerk shall:
   (A)   Attend all meetings of the Board;
   (B)   Keep an accurate and complete record of all the proceedings of the Board and file them in a well-bound book;
   (C)   Preserve all town papers and records turned over to him or her;  and
   (D)   Perform the duties specified in G.S. § 160A-171.
