(A) All owners of residential or commercial improved property which have not displayed their assigned number as of the date of the adoption of this amendment, shall display its assigned number immediately in accordance with this amendment.
(B) All owners of residential or commercial property nor previously assigned a number shall display its assigned number within 15 days of the assignment.
(C) Numbers for residential property owners shall be four inches in height, and numbers for commercial property owners shall be six inches in height, rather than three inches in height, as previously ordained by amendments to this section.
(D) Numbers shall be placed near the front entrance, preferably in a lighted areas of the dwelling or place of business so that the number is visible from the street.
