§ 32.01  OFFICE OF MAYOR; DUTIES.
   It shall be the duty of the Mayor to:
   (A)   Preside over all meetings of the Board;
   (B)   Keep himself or herself informed as to the town’s business;
   (C)   Make a monthly report to the Board concerning the business of the town and its employees and make any recommendations as he or she may deem advisable for the welfare of the town;
   (D)   See that all laws and ordinances are enforced;
   (E)   Act with the several Commissioners in the expenditure of funds duly appropriated for improvement or repair of properties in the various departments as agent of the full Board; and
   (F)   Countersign all checks of the town.
