§ 31.09  REMOVAL OF PROHIBITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS.
   The Mayor shall by proclamation terminate the entire declaration of emergency or remove any of the prohibitions and restrictions when the emergency no longer requires them, or when directed to do so by the Board of Commissioners.
