No person shall operate the switch which shall turn on and off the Christmas lights which are strung for the decoration of the town, unless the person is expressly authorized to do so by the Mayor and Town Commissioners. Nor shall any person tamper with any decoration or display which may be shown on the streets or public school grounds in this town.
