§ 131.02  INJURING SIGNS, LAMPS AND THE LIKE.
   No person shall injure or deface any notice, sign or signpost belonging to another or any lantern, lamp or lamppost belonging to the town, nor remove any gate, fence or sign without the consent of the owner.
