§ 130.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   Anyone violating § 130.01 shall be subject to a penalty of $10.

   (C)   Anyone violating § 130.02 shall be subject to a penalty of $10, provided, that § 130.02 shall not be construed to relieve the Mayor from the duty of binding over the offender according to law, if the offense is one properly triable by a higher court.

   (D)   Anyone violating § 130.03 shall be subject to a penalty of $10.

   (E)   Anyone violating § 130.04 shall be subject to a penalty of $25.

   (F)   Anyone violating § 130.05 shall be subject to a penalty of $10.
