(A) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit the ringing of the bells or chimes by churches within the town.
(B) Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit the conducting of live remote broadcast by duly licensed radio stations upon business premises at the request of the owner between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
(C) Lawn mowers and agricultural equipment used between daylight hours 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. when operated with all the manufacturer’s standard mufflers and noise-reducing equipment in use and in proper operating condition.
