§ 95.12  SALE AND DISPOSITION OF VEHICLE.
   (A)   Any removed vehicle which is not redeemed in accordance with § 95.11 above shall be disposed of by the town. Disposition of the vehicle shall be carried out in accordance with G.S. 44A, Article 1.
   (B)   No hearing in addition to a probable cause hearing is required. If no one purchases the vehicle at sale, and the value of the vehicle appears to be less than the amount of the lien, the town may authorize the destruction of the vehicle.
