§ 95.06  JUNKED VEHICLE; CONCEALMENT.
   (A)   A single junked vehicle, in its entirety, may be located in the rear yard of the property provided it is concealed from view from the public street and the adjoining property by an acceptable covering. The covering shall be such that stagnant water does not collect and the vehicle is completely covered to the ground. Neither plastic coverings nor bright colors are compatible with the objectives stated in the preamble of the ordinance from which this chapter is derived.
   (B)   The Police Chief shall determine whether the vehicle is adequately covered.
   (C)   As the alternative to the above, or if there is more than one junked vehicle, the vehicles may be housed in a garage or building, or behind a fence of adequate height, so that the vehicles are concealed from view from the public street and the adjoining property. All the structures shall comply with applicable zoning and Building Code regulations.
