§ 95.04  NUISANCE VEHICLE UNLAWFUL; REMOVAL AUTHORIZED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for the owner or person entitled to possession of the vehicle, or for the owner or lessee of the real property upon which it is located, to allow the vehicle to become a nuisance.
   (B)   Upon investigation, the Police Chief may determine that a vehicle is a nuisance vehicle and order the same removed.
