(A) The Board of Commissioners may require as a condition precedent or subsequent to issuance of the permit that the applicant obtain a comprehensive general liability insurance policy or comparable special events liability insurance policy issued by an insurance company authorized to do business in this state, with coverage that includes the entire area of the event.
(B) If such a policy is required, the town shall be named as an additional insured to the policy.
(C) The policy limits of the insurance shall not be less than:
Property damage | $1,000,000 for each occurrence |
Bodily injury or death | $1,000,000 for each person; $1,000,000 for each occurrence |
