Whenever the following words or terms are used in this code, they shall have such meanings herein ascribed to them, unless the context makes such meaning repugnant thereto:
CITY: The city of Conrad, county of Pondera, state of Montana.
CODE: The city code of the city of Conrad.
COUNCIL: Unless otherwise indicated, the city council of the city of Conrad.
COUNTY: The county of Pondera, state of Montana.
MCA: Montana Code Annotated.
PERSON: Any natural individual, firm, association, joint venture, joint stock company, partnership, organization, club, fraternal organization, company, corporation, business, trust, or their manager, lessee, agent, servant, officer, or employee of any of them.
