5-1-3: PRIVIES AND DRAINS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to suffer any cellar, vault, private drain, pool, privy, sewer or grounds upon any premises belonging to or occupied by him to become nauseous, foul, offensive or injurious to the public health, or offensive or injurious to any reasonable person. (1975 Code § 7-1-3; amd. 2015 Code)
