4-2-10: BUILDING, ELECTRICAL, OTHER PERMITS:
All wind powered generators shall comply with all applicable building, electrical, mechanical, and other permits required and issued by the city, the state of Montana, and/or federal regulations. This is to include any approvals required from the historic preservation commission or other local entity. (Ord. 400, 7-20-2009)
