3-1-10: SEPARATE LICENSE FOR BRANCH ESTABLISHMENT:
A license shall be obtained in the manner herein provided for each branch establishment or location of a business; provided, however, that warehouses and distributing plants used in connection with and incidental to a licensed business where no sales are made shall not be deemed to be a branch establishment. (1975 Code § 3-1-6)
