10-1-2: DETERMINING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION:
   A.   Compatibility: The subject use of its operation shall be compatible with the uses permitted in the district wherein the proper use is to be located.
   B.   Similarity To Permitted Uses: The subject use shall be similar to any of the uses permitted in the district in which it is proposed to be located.
   C.   Property Values In Neighborhood Or District: The subject use will not cause substantial injury to values of the property in the neighborhood or district within which it is proposed to be located.
   D.   Protection Of Public Health, Safety And Welfare: The subject use will be so designed, located and operated that the public health, safety and welfare will be protected. (1975 Code § 10-1-2)
