7-3-4: PROTECTION FROM DAMAGE:
No unauthorized person shall maliciously, wilfully or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is part of the municipal sewage works. Any person violating this provision shall be subject to immediate arrest and shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (1975 Code § 7-3-6)
