7-1-7: WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT FEES:

Effective November 1, 2013, as a condition to adding a new service connection to the water system or the sewer system, there shall be charged by the city a water system development fee or a sewer system development fee which shall be based upon the diameter of the water service meter and multiplier. (Res. 14-1116, 10-15-2013; amd. 2015 Code)
