1-4-5: INDEMNIFICATION OF PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES:

In any civil action brought against any public official or employee of the city alleging a violation of constitutional initiative 75, the city shall defend the action on behalf of the official or employee and indemnify the official or employee for any liability resulting from the alleged violation of constitutional initiative 75.
