The owner of any lot, place or area within the city, or agent of such owner, is hereby required to cut or remove all vegetation from said property under his control and one-half (1/2) of any alley or street abutting said property. It shall be the duty of the owner, or agent of such owner, to maintain his property so that it shall not be considered a fire hazard, or a public or private nuisance. (Ord. 402, 5-2-2011)
