6-3-4: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
   A.   Separate Offense: Each violation of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
   B.   Minor: A minor violating the applicable provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be dealt with in accordance with the laws of the state regarding crimes and offenses committed by juveniles, being persons under eighteen (18) years of age.
   C.   Parents; Guardian: Any parent, guardian or other adult having the care and custody of a minor violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed six (6) months, or both.
