6-2-12: CRUELTY TO ANIMALS; POISONING:

It is unlawful for any person to willfully and cruelly inflict pain upon or injure any animal. It is unlawful for any person to lay out or expose any poison for the purpose of killing any dog or other animal, or to aid or abet any person in so doing. (1975 Code § 6-2-17; amd.
