§ 38.16 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CITY BUSINESS. Any activity performed by the employee which is within the scope of his or her employment, duties or job description.
   ILLICIT SUBSTANCES. Includes alcohol or alcoholic beverages in any form; illegal drugs, including but not limited to those substances defined as “controlled substances” pursuant to federal and state law; anabolic steroids, human growth hormones or other performance-enhancing drugs; substances purported to be illegal, abusive or performance- enhancing, such as, “look-alike drugs”, as defined in Schedules 1 through V of Section 202 of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 812) and as further defined by regulation at 21 CFR 1300.11 through 1300.15.
   WORKPLACE. Includes any city building or any other city property which is owned, leased or otherwise used for city services or in connection with any city business; any city-owned vehicle or any other city approved vehicle used by city employees.
